Yes! If you’d like to save your toppers as decoration, you can carefully take them off the cupcake and gently wipe any excess buttercream. They will harden over time into a mini sculpture 😊

Can I refrigerate my cupcakes?

No. The humidity from the fridge can cause the decorations on top to melt. We recommend keeping your cupcakes at room temp away from direct sunlight to keep them fresh & delicious!

Do you offer candles?

Yes! We offer tall, gold candles that perfectly fit our cupcakes for $1.50 each. You can add candles to your order on our pack's product pages and from your cart. If you've already placed a cupcake order and need to add candles, contact our Support Team with your order number and email address.

Can I sell A Cuter Cupcake products?

No. A Cuter Cupcake cupcakes and products are only for your personal use. By purchasing our cupcakes, cupcake toppers, and add-ons, you agree not to resell them or distribute them for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if we have reason to believe that your order is not for your personal use. If you see A Cuter Cupcake products listed for sale on any third-party websites or apps, please let us know so our team can investigate.

Our cupcake orders are baked and decorated fresh to order on your delivery date. Our fondant cupcake toppers are carefully hand-crafted to order. We make all our cupcakes and fondant toppers using only the freshest USDA organic ingredients. You can see a complete list here. No! We use less sugar and higher-quality ingredients to help enhance the flavor of our cupcakes. We make treats that you can enjoy guilt-free while satisfying that sweet craving. Oh...and did we mention that our Italian Meringue buttercream tastes like a fluffy cloud?

No. We do not use nuts in any of our cupcakes or fondant toppers. Some of our ingredients may be handled in facilities that may process nuts. If you or your cupcake pack recipient have an allergy, contact our Support Team so we can be extra careful with your order and double-check for any allergens.

How long will my cupcakes stay fresh for?

We recommend you eat your cupcakes the day you receive your delivery to enjoy them at their best and most fresh. To store your cupcakes, please keep them in their cupcake box out of any direct sunlight in a cool, dry area (room temp is great). If you want to save your fondant cupcake toppers, gently remove them and wipe off any excess buttercream. Have a question about storage? How long will my toppers stay fresh for?

We recommend enjoying your cupcake toppers the same day they arrive. If you can't have them the same day, store them airtight in a Tupperware, at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. *DO NOT STORE THEM IN THE FRIDGE. THIS CAN CAUSE THEM TO MELT!* Like all fondant, the toppers can last up to 1 month if properly stored. Please note they may harden or become brittle over time. It is also possible that cracks and other imperfections may form. If you have any questions, reach out to our Support Team for help :) Please note we are not responsible for any damage caused to your toppers from improper handling or storage.

When will I receive the tracking number for my shipped order?

We will email you a tracking number once your order has been packaged and dropped off for shipping. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you have not received any tracking details, contact our Support Team. We'll be happy to look into the situation for you!

How are my cupcakes/toppers delivered?

If you purchased a cupcake pack, we hand-deliver your cupcakes on your delivery date. Please ensure someone is at the delivery address on your delivery date and at your delivery timeslot to accept your cupcakes. If your building has a front desk staff, we will leave it with your front desk if we can't reach you or you're not home. Please note we are not responsible for any damage caused to your cupcake delivery if it is left at the front desk. If you purchased cupcake toppers for nationwide shipping, they will be delivered using express, tracked shipping from USPS. Cupcake toppers typically ship within 3-5 business days and arrive 2-3 business days later.

We offer free cupcake delivery on all orders within Manhattan. Not in Manhattan? You can check any applicable delivery fees by clicking here and entering your delivery zip code. Why can't I select certain dates and times?

If you can't select a delivery date or find your desired delivery timeslot, we are sold out for that date. Due to the the complexity of our cupcake designs and the time required to bake and craft a cupcake pack fresh to order, we only make a limited number of cupcakes daily. If you have a large order or special request, contact our Support Team. We always do our best to make it happen :)

How do I add a note to my delivery?

You can add a personalized, handwritten gift note at cart or during checkout. If you have already placed a cupcake delivery, you can add a free gift note by contacting our Support Team. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to add a gift note to your cupcake delivery, and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Which zip codes do you deliver to?

We offer cupcake deliveries within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and parts of New Jersey and Long Island. To see if we deliver to your specific zip code, click here and enter your zip code in the search box at the top of the popup. If you have any questions or want to request a delivery to a zip code outside our typical radius, contact our Support Team.

Can you deliver to my office, my home, or my party?

We offer deliveries to offices and retail stores as long as they are within the our cupcake delivery zip codes. You can check if we deliver to your office zip code by clicking here and entering the zip code into the search bar at the top of the popup. Please make sure that someone is there to receive the order at the time and date you have selected. If you office has building staff, please inform them that you are expecting a delivery from A Cuter Cupcake ahead of your cupcake delivery timeslot so we are allowed up to your office. We can't deliver the cupcakes if you or someone you know (like building staff, a friend, or a colleague) are not available to receive them. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries.

Can I modify my delivery date or delivery time?

Plans change; we get it! If you need to modify your cupcake delivery date or time, we're happy to help on a case-by-case basis. Contact our Support Team (earlier is better!), and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our cupcake packs and fondant decorations are made fresh to order, so last-minute changes (less than 72 hours' notice) may not be possible or may be subject to a fee.

You can change your payment method for your cupcake order by contacting our Support Team. Please note that we can't change your payment method after your cupcake order has been delivered. Changing payment methods may garner a small fee to cover charges associated with refunding your original payment method and/or processing a new transaction.

How do I modify my order details?

Accepted Answer

You can change information associated with your cupcake order by contacting our Support Team. Please note that changes to the delivery address may result in a fee if the new delivery zip code is in a delivery zone with a higher delivery fee than your original order. We won't be able to refund any delivery fees if the new address falls within a lower-cost delivery zone. While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, modifications are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a fee.

When you place a cupcake order, we will automatically send a confirmation email to the contact email address provided at checkout. If you have not received a cupcake confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, contact our Support Team. They can help get a cupcake order confirmation email to your inbox!

You can track your cupcake order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email. We will also email you when your cupcakes have been sent out for delivery and once your cupcakes have been safely and successfully delivered.
